   Inherent design defect in the hinge-screen proportion

   There is a known inherent defect in the screen and the hinge, due to proportion mismatch. Despite the known issue it will take Dell more than one month to get the defect repaired. I am told not to use the laptop till that time. I would highly recommend everyone to dive deeper into these design issues with Dell laptops before taking a decision to buy one. On an average it takes me 45 min to register a complaint at the call centre for the same and around 30 min to get an update about the issue.
