I got a defective system! Their technician spoke to me over the phone and said it sounds like a hardware issue. He said he’ll arrange replacement. I waited and waited. Then called customer care. I was told he marked it as working fine so they won’t replace it. Then I said okay, just take it back and give me a refund. Then I was told they can’t do a return until a technician said it’s OK. But they just said that the technician said it’s okay!! So technician says it’s OK then they won’t refund but they also won’t process return until technician says it’s okay. Make it make sense!!
