It is not worthy for high amount of price.It becomes hot and irritating me why the temperature got increased, the battery backup is just for 3 hrs max 3 and half hours.On the other side, the other brands with the same price they have quite better performance than this.I don’t know how can I change it with ASUS brand.

Hard ware issue since 1st day. Technicians updating wrong service update(issue resolved). Unethical. 21 calls to incompetent customercare. Can’t even arrange a single pick up. None of the calls are being transfered to Escalation person.

I had yo return the product as the laptop screen was not working. After 2 weeks followup with Amazon they confirmed replacement would not be possible and they would refund the amount. Please buy expensive electronic gadgets from the authorized showroom only.

Product is good in this price range.I purchased this product on big billion day sale in amazon. I pitched this laptop for software development my requirements is 16gb Ram,i5 processor ,12th gen …My budget is fit in this price segment …Under 60k..The demerits after using 5 days laptop battery backup and heating issue sometime…I think more hp laptops having this problem…I don’t know other brands.

Go for 16gb version if it’s around 57-58k. Better go for Acer Aspire 5 within 60k. Be careful with the fluctuating prices between 57k to 62k during the festival sale. Amazon keeps playing with the price from the backend software. 2.5 hours of battery backup only.
