Worst product by HP. The screen display is terrible, it has heating problems, after only half n hour of normal use the laptop heats up. With wfh profile you can not use the laptop after an hour, the keypad and mouse pad becomes extremely hot so much so that u can not touch and work, and the cooling fan starts to make noice as if the laptop is 9-10years old. I bought this laptop in May had to get it replaced after day one, and the replaced model had the same issue and was inform by the technician that this model of HP laptop has an inbuilt deffect and nothing can be done for it. After 2 months of immense effort i got amazon to refund me for the product. I would suggest you not to go for it and also that amazon should not even be selling it via its site.

when we start , laptop got stuck on first screen , irrespective clicking on yes multiple times nothing happened, i had raised the technical support but the technician never came.I had to follow up again to raise technical support request again , still waiting for the support

Everything is fine. But the major drawback of it is the keyboard. The quality is worst.No doubt back-lit but while pressing single key 5 ,6 keys are vibrating or pressed itself. Which is not expected from hp. Bcz I was using a hp laptop since 2012 .The keys were quiet good. Request hp to change the keys quality in the updated version.

Hello guys i review this laptop after one month usage. First of all the laptop was very fast but battery is not up to level but its ok. Its not good for gaming but for office and Normal usage its best u can go for it. Sound was too good but also i want to say one thing its generates heat very fastly. I gave mixed review finally i want to say is if you are looking for laptop for office use go for it.

Screen colors goes darker if watching from angle very annoying nd than they says they hav advanced technology.Keypad looks good well spaced keys, BUT makes diffrent kind of notices while typing like a malfunctioned Guitar and is really really irritating.Battery life is approx 4 to 5 hrs only with moderate useVery Bad experience frm AMAzon. Battery back up is not good. While purchasing nowhere I got any such information except fast charging. I think maximum backup is 2 hr which May go worst in next 1 year. Pathetic experience is it will show 19% remain please plug in charger and within 1 minute it will show 8% then screen off.Keyboard letter are in thin line on white key. Always struggling with finding keys. I had to rewrite using marker pen. They could have given black letter key. In attached photo some alphabet I have marked using marker . Some letter like top row number and alt keys are not marked in marker so their visibility are very less.

I am trying connect Wi-Fi after entering password screen freezing. I am trying to shut down but no use return the product. Customer service was very good and spontaneously reaction. Actually due power cut I don’t use laptop properly first 3 days .4 th day i notice these problems. My suggestion is check both software and hardware. System is given bad performance . Charging is very good. For processing and looking wise there is no worry regarding this product.There are some drawbacks in display some times looks annoying from different angels and cheap plastic is used in making this laptop, manufactures could use better than this because ₹52890 is not less money.
