It is a compact 14-inch laptop with lined-texture whole outside. Sound quality and loudness is good. Boot up time is good. Only drawback is brightness management. Even 50% brightness level is not enough sometimes. Pages and new windows open with a less contrast and then in 3-5 seconds it adjusts contrast and becomes normal. I think Dell should fix this. Apart from this it is a good laptop.

Laptop stopped working within two days. No response from Amazon for replacement or refund. I have been following up since last year December with no support from Amazon. I would recommend everyone to switch to Flipkart for any electronic item.

Bought 2 Laptops. One is crashing constantly. Other the Touchpad does not work. Amazon is now selling junk. They have changed replacement policy also, so they will sell Junk to you and then make sure you cannot return it.!!..Now they are corporate thieves

I was gifted this laptop by my mother to me last year on my Birthday i.e, 21st January, 2021, I loved this laptop so much,after 1 year I’m reviewing it, if you want to buy a laptop you can get this in a affordable price. It’s light weight and not much bigger nor small, it perfectly fits in to carry while travelling.But the problem is that windows takes time to open and you’ve to wait longer till it is fully ready, sometimes hang while working and another issue is that sometimes this does not support earphone. This is good for official use and for students.

Overall is best product if i want to highlight SSD feature is very good which make use of laptop so fast and responsive,Drawback : I found like charging takes a lot time more that usual normally i tought it will take 1hrs but this product takes 2 hrs for full charge laptop . which is not good they provided 45w charger, it should be 65w .Dell should look into it rest all good.Thank you Amazon for such a great product!! Happy to work on this 🙂

In 2 months the screen has got spoilt on its own and. The service centre has mentioned that this is not included in warranty. I don’t understand how this is fine when the whole system is in warranty. We definitely eed better service in these times

I can say it not good for heavy work like coding, designing, gaming, video editing etc. It is getting hang now and then since couple of months. Please buy only if you need for browsing and working on creating documents like word, excel, powerpoint.

After using it for 2-3 months, I am writing this review. Laptop is less weight compared to Inspiron model and especially if you’re using it in travel you would feel the difference. No heating issues. Negative part is it doesn’t look sturdy, no backlight for keyboard, speakers sound will be low and couldn’t hear during call. Charging indicator is provided in the side panel which will be visible.
