I just started laptop and watch one song on YouTube for 3 mins. Laptop got so much heat. I Download GTA 5. Game was running slow too much of lag.Laptop got to much heat in 15min that it shutdown automatically.

Received it today.Go for this blindly. It is much better than all the competition in the same range like Lenovo IdeaPad gaming 3, Asus Tuf F15 and HP pavilion Gaming. Amazing build quality, great performance in gaming( CS go runs like butter) and thermals are top notch.

This is not a good value product. It is underperforming for the specified specifications. After a week of use, the mother board was gone. As long as the cooler is present, the system will be heated for normal use. For the given specification, the system’s speed is slow. In Chennai itself, the service is very poor. The replacement policy is for 40 days or more. So think about it and go for it.

Hello. Today I am going to write my honest review for DELL G15 5511 laptop. I have brought this product from amazon. it is showing many issues. Dell is one of the biggest computer and laptop brand in India. The laptop also heats up rapidly. The display quality of the laptop is not so good. The battery backup it gives now is very very poor. I hardly runs for about 10 or 15 minute after full charge, which I think is very bad. I have called there customer care executive and also mail them but got no response from them.It is definitely not a value for money product. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone. I had a very bad experience with DELL G15 laptop.

Quick review of the Dell G15ProsPerformance- 6Core 12 thread Intel Core i5 11260H CPU and an Nvidia RTx 3050 GPU with TGP of 90W , 8GB DDR 4 RAM in dual channel and 512GB of M.2 SSD. Couple the specs with a good thermal system with 2 fans and 4 vents, the machine will give you great performance in games and other demanding workloads.Build quality. This laptop is build like a tank and feels very premium. Especially for the an under70K gaming laptop.Alienware Command Centre – works as a game library and also control Fan speed and Nahimic audio.ConsBattery life – 56Whr battery will give 2 and half hours of battery life. Would have loved a 80Whr battery here.Weight -At 2.6Kgs this is quite heavy even for gaming laptop standards.All in all I think it is a great option if you are looking for a future ready performance laptop on a budget. The RTX 3050 is a great graphic card. You get all the goodness of the RTX range like DLSS, Raytracing,etc. but at a price where you dont need to break the bank.

It looks like a sturdy gaming laptop and quiet beautiful too. I didn’t face any issues when playing AAA games. However, the battery sucks. It’s basically like a portable desktop. But then, you can’t expect good battery from a gaming laptop. I will re-write the review if I face any issues.

I request you to plz don’t purchase any Dell product,1) After 28 days of purchase now it is not getting started from last 10 days.2) It’s battery backup is too low only 1.5hrs only you need to take charger every time with you.3) After 15-16 days later of purchase system got automatically switched off 2-3 times while running the app on it.4) System gets hang when I will runs or starts the java application on it. When I called to DELL it is not providing any replacement also its service team saying need to replace the motherboard which have no future assurance. I have also mailed to them but service is not good waiting from last 10 days but did not get any help

Gaming performance is really good, battery life is not good in balanced mode with 50or below brightness, 120hz in normal work ..web browseing I got only 2 -3 hrs max, Gaming performance is really good …in Valorant all max settings got 200+ fps..pubg with ultra and medium got 100to 150fps..

Laptop is quite good in terms of performance , 16 gb ram upgrade is recommended, gaming performance and thermal management is very impressive , although it comes with a WVA panel but 120 hz refresh rate and hinge quality and stability is very better if compared with other laptop in this price point.

If I could give a negetive star,i would. Only the advertising is great, not the support. This laptop doesn’t even work on basic softwares like word & excel and they are pitching it as high end gaming laptop.I bought this laptop on 16th june and started using it on 20th June,. Only after a week of using it, I faced screen flickering issue and laptop frequently get hanged. The complaint was made but they kept switchingy calls between so called ‘hardware & software teams’ for about 2 to 3 hrs. Finally once I got an engineer to work on my issue, he asked to upload the drivers, the issue was resolved back then. Now after a month, same issue is popping up and they keep asking to update the drivers.Till now I have only used basic Microsoft Word & excel applications, god knows what will happen when adobe Photoshop & indesign is downloaded.DON’T BELIEVE ON ADVERTISINGDON’T BUY THISGo for other brands, you will get much better!

Bought this product about a month back. Worked perfectly for 12 days and has been shut down ever since.The laptop does not turn back on, contacted dell and they suggested a motherboard replacement. (Seems this issue is common with all laptops of g15 series). Its been 20 days since the service complaint was launched and the case hasn’t gotten any further.I wouldn’t recommend buying this laptop. Instead of delight you would be purchasing a nightmare.

Alien wier command won’t detect any game we need add manually one problem with this dell laptop but if ur going for a gaming go for it battery back up is not good but OK u can get like 3hrs with 50% brightness fir gmaing it can run at 80 to 90fps in max SETTINGS AAA titles won’t get that fps it’s like 50 in high 65 to 70 in medium.

Firsly my laptop came with scratches, i thought it’s fine i will put a skin to it so it will be fine but did not put an skin cause i wanted to wait for 7 days if the product is defect and my assumptions were so true the laptop crashed 8 times in the first 27-35 hours itself now it is being retuned to the seller it is one of the worst products

Bought this at the Great Indian festival sale for the price of 58k (using card offer). At this price, I bet you can’t get a RTX 3050 90watt TGPU with dual channel ram of 8 GB, Intel i5 11th gen ‘h’ series processor. The performance of this laptop is ultimate ????. I’m sure you’ll love it if, you have no problem having a normal screen with some screen bleeding issues.. ofcourse it is slightly bad, but if you are a normal user like me, you will rarely notice it. I’m not sure how this will affect my screen in the future, but as of now, it’s ok.Talking about the performance,I tried testing Call of duty Warzone at recommend settings (mixture of high and very high)It gave me a good fps rate of about 88-98 and sometimes even more higher. (Note that the game mode was on)Game mode is just amazing, you get to choose different profiles for the fans to work (like balanced, or performance, or cool, etc..) which definitely boosts the fps rates.Talking about the battery, ofcourse it is a gaming laptop, and we mustn’t expect a good battery life. On normal usage (like browsing and playing youtube videos, etc) with high brightness and game mode off and battery saver mode off, I received around 2 hours of battery life. Note that it may or may not get reduced in the future.Also note that the information I provided here is not sponsored and can vary with different production units.Conclusion:If you don’t care about the screen, and is a normal and adequate user like me, and has a dream of purchasing a gaming laptop and also understands that expecting a good battery life from a gaming laptop is stupid, then you can blindly go for it.P.s: I got if for around 58k at the great Indian festival sale. At this price you will never see a RTX 3050 90 watt TGPU and dual channel ram.All the best and may your purchase be worth your money.

Claims you get extended warranty from Dell @ limited cost. But the model is not supported by DELL website.Dell says they cant do anything and obviously amazon cant do anything as well. Better to buy from Dell website – if you want extended warranty.

Finding issue with my display and i talk to the customer care but the are not accepting the request as according to them i called them on the 8th day of my purchase and the scheme for replacement is only for the 7days for this product i really liked the laptop but the only issue i m finding is my display it start blinking while opening several software and even Google Crome many times the battery performance is also good as per the specifications the laptop is working well as per my requirements i have installed my essential software like Solid works, matlab, and lotus etc and really got those smooth i only want Amazon to help me with the issue I’m facing as still it’s not been even 9days by buying the laptop.

I’m writing this review after nearly 3 months.The build quality of the laptop is sturdy and it is made up of good quality plastic. The number of air vents are just… Amazing. Not 1 not 2 but literally 6 air vents just to cool down the laptop. The fans are very silent for normal use, you won’t even notice that they are turned on. When you the the gaming mode on (G9) you can hear the sound of the fans easily.When it comes to display, it’s beautiful. The viewing angles are great, the bezles are small. And the brightness is good enough for Indoor usage (didn’t try using it outdoors).Performance: The processor has hexa core (i5 11th gen). Multitasking is a piece of cake. Didn’t find any problems. The games are extremely smooth. I tried valorant and it gives 120fps on high graphics. And again, no problems while playing.Battery life: You can easily get about 3-4 hours of screen on time. Depends on your usage. While gaming you’ll get about 1-1.5 hours of battery life. But no worries. The adapter is so fast(180w) that it’ll charge the laptop in just an hour or less.MS office: The subscription is just for a month, later you got to pay for that. It comes with MS office 2021 for 30 days.Antivirus: you’ll get MCafee antivirus for nearly 400-450 days. And you can use it on multiple devices (upto 3).Conclusion: It’s worth buying, and I bet you won’t have to worry about the service cause it’s DELL!. And if you get this laptop below 67k, then it’s a steal.

I recommend having this laptop with 16 gb ram, I upgraded mine after some time with this laptop and got a great boost in performance and fps in games. The performance with 8gb ram is also good and satisfactory. I used android studio with virtual device and full version of Microsoft Visual studio with a heavy project and SSMS running with it and everything worked fine with 8gb ram, I upgraded ram purely for gaming purposes. Screen quality is average nothing special and 120Hz is nice to have. Touchpad’s sensitivity is great but it’s small area and plastic surface ruin the experience, using a mouse is highly advised. Now this is a point which greatly ruined the experience for me and why I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying this product, firstly the main Ssd is of 2230 form factor which is difficult to find, moreover there’s a second slot for an ssd but Dell has not provided the mounting bracket for it, so even if there’s a slot there is no way a person can upgrade the storage of the system, the cost of bracket is close to 3000₹ so if you are considering upgrading the storage you need to add 3000₹ extra to the cost. After talking to some of my friends having Acer and Asus laptops and even checking my old Acer Aspire 5 laptop I found that almost all of them had a mounting bracket for second SSD already in them, this makes the upgrade process very easy for the user. Dell has given upgrade option just for the sake of ticking a checkbox and not given a very simple part for upgrading the storage so that we are forced to upgrade it from Dell themselves, it’s the case with the higher end models too. I would recommend going with options from Acer and Asus as the less than 5% reduction in performance with other brands is in numbers only and no one would notice it in real world usage. Having peace of mind that you can upgrade your device anytime without hassle should be more important. Dell, by not including a very simple part that is required for upgrading the storage as a cost cutting measure and forcing customers to upgrade through Dell only, has made owning this product a very bad experience for me. If someone still wants to buy it I recommend doing a good deal of research before making a decision.

Laptop got issue in 40 days. Itis not starting after 40 days . Have called customer support they denied to change the laptop as it’s more then 30 days. Even if it is in warranty. Its been 1 month and still it’s not serviced they are saying it will after a month. pathetic dell service . I recommend not to buy a dell laptops.
